As lead developer at Consumr Buzz, I work on both client projects and internal projects to improve workflows for the company. With client projects, my work consists of custom built WordPress and Shopify websites, integrating custom API solutions, site migrations, and server management. For internal projects, my primary role is integrating services that our business and employees utilize into our CRM (Quick Base) to create easier workflows and increase productivity. This includes creating custom web services through REST APIs to allow our CRM to communicate with services like a payment processor, Google Calendar, Twilio, Google Workspace, and our website back and forth. To have these function properly, I also set up Ubuntu servers through digital ocean to host these custom web services. My role as a lead developer also allows me to work with account managers and our sales teams to give input for solutions on client projects that require custom integrations or functionality.

As a full-stack developer, I engage with both frontend and backend technologies to build solutions for businesses. Majority of my work is in web development, utilizing WordPress as a content management system. My knowledge of WordPress allows me to create standard information and e-commerce websites, but also has allowed me to expand on WordPress's standard functionality to create custom solutions by integrating REST APIs from services like Paypal, Google Business, Stripe, Twilio, OneSignal, Google Analytics, and Firebase. Other framework and language I have implemented into projects are Python with the Flask and FastAPI frameworks and Flutter for mobile app development that is ported to iOS and Android devices.

Overseeing staff of customer service department and scheduling department, hiring and training new staff in Local SEO techniques used by the company, creating new reports regarding clients and sales, assisting with high priority client issues, and design and development of websites for clients.

Intaking issues clients are experiencing on their work stations through incoming phone calls. Inputing this information into a ticketing system to then triage. Giving out these tickets to technicians based on their experience as well as the urgency of the issue.

Using HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP, and MySQL to develop websites for clients. Ensuring responsiveness of these websites across different devices.

Creating a filing system for Cole Fitzgerald. Scanning and organizing personal medical records, bank statements, investment statements and tax records. Creating spreadsheets for tax records.
