Since the birth of TIMGlobal Events division I am responsible for the organization and sponsorship sales for BtoB Events/Seminars/Conferences that take place in all Europe based on the magazines that TIMGlobal Media publishes throughout Europe.I coordinate the activities of the Events office to get contents and speeches for each seminar, the location and all the logistic issues to set up the events.In cooperation with marketing office I coordinate the marketing strategies to promote all conferences.I mainly sell direct sponsorships and coordinate the activity of all the international sales staff in order to get sponsorships.I am also responsible for advertising sales related to a new Pan-European magazine (Energy Efficiency, Business & Industry) and its online services (EnergyPages), selling directly and coordinating all sales staff activities with attention also to marketing actions.I also keep the main part of my previous portfolio for italian magazines IEN Italia and Manutenzione T&M and keep working on potential new customers.I also coordinate TIMGlobal Media presence at trade shows, coordinating exchange contracts.

I begin as Telesales Executive working only on prospect companies and in few time I created a small portfolio.After one year I get the responsibilty of a partial customers portfolio for the magazine Manutenzione T&M and related website.Then I get one full portfolio in Italy for the magazine IEN Italia and all related digital/online services.I usually work in team with Editorial Office and Marketing Office to reach the best results and to improve all the company services.Sometimes I work on specific special Sales/Marketing projects developing the best strategies, creating specific offers and putting the complete package on field

I had the responsibility of a group of operators, supervising their work, guiding them to target, filling report sheets in different Sales projects (above all in telecommunications fields).At the end of the contract of each operator I had to decide if the contract was going to be renewed
