TG - top-management and HR of large companies.𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: a design concept in a collage style using old-fashioned poster's colors was developed.𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁: the blog began to stand out from competitors. Return of users increased by 20%.***𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲: Visual Designer, Project Lead𝗧𝗮𝘀𝗸: to create and scale an identic for offline training in the educational field. 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: an identic, more than 500 slides of presentation, 100 pages of workbook, social media content were created in 3 weeks.𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁: more than 200 people took the training. The client continued to work with us in new projects.***𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲: UX/UI Designer𝗧𝗮𝘀𝗸: to create a platform for testing mid- and top-management in large corporations on leadership skills, negative attitudes, and career ambitions. 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: the digital assessment platform with two access rights (user & admin) was developed, which made it possible to effectively hire new managers. 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁: just finished the project, but already sold it to 5 large corporations.***𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲: UX/UI Designer𝗧𝗮𝘀𝗸: to involve employees of a large banking company in a corporate leadership training. 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: a landing page was implemented, which became the basis of the communication campaign.𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁: + 40% of registered employees who completed the first stage of training.

Worked in collaboration with devs and product owner on the visual and interaction design of a mobile app for coffee preordering in start-up. Successfully released the app, got investments and added 5 coffee shops, but failed cause of pandemic.

Participating in different design projects, collaborating with local magazines, restaurants and hotels.
