As Executive – Human Resources, at Head Office (Mumbai) & reporting to the Vice President – Human Resources. Was responsible for manpower recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, performance appraisals and staff welfare activities to support the business expansion and growth.

Progressed as Subject Matter Expert (SME / Level 2 Agent) to provide second level support to Customer Service Agents (CSAs) on complex issues and to monitor their performance. Conducted weekly evaluations and documented the same using the Performance Analysis Database. Responsible for conducting interviews and tests for fresh candidates to be recruited for the process and also conduct training program for CSAs.
