Responsible for multiple Time & Material (T&M) and Fixed Price Network refresh, Servers build/refresh, Application upgrade and office move projects at Europe & North America regions.

• Responsible for multiple Fixed Price and Time & Material Infra projects in Europe & Australia region, successfully delivered infrastructure projects.

• Windows Servers commissioning, decommissioning, & refreshments in USA and Canada. • Manage tasks assigned to architecture, solutions engineering, deployment, managed service vendors, regional operations, and implementation resources. • Manage projects simple to complex in nature, interacting directly with Customer, Governance, Vendors, and the HP Teams & Leadership • Interface with Customer Project Managers & Secure acceptance and approval of deliverables from the Customer. • Determines, monitors, and reviews all project finances to include costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, resources, and risk. • Identifying, tracking, managing, resolving & mitigating project issues and risks.• Plans, schedules, monitors, and reports on activities related to the project.• Develops project control and reporting procedures and manages changes in operational plan.• Undertakes status review meetings among project team members and clients.• Analyses needs and recommends appropriate planning concepts & tools to be used for all facets of planning, scheduling, and tracking projects. • Build project schedules in Microsoft Project.
