- I have been working with a great team in my graduate program, and we are focused on developing comparative analytical models measuring the performance of automatic inflation systems on newer trailers in the Knight fleet. - We are working to investigate the operational and financial performance of these auto-inflation systems so that we could maximize the tire life cycle and optimize Knight’s annual spending on tires. It was a privilege to strategize with Knight's VP of Sales and Director of Maintenance to generate financial and operational KPIs including the rate of return, tire failure rate, and average tire repair cost.• Projected potential savings if all trailers are equipped with auto inflation systems and calculated the rate of return for systems based on savings. Analyze data and drive planning decisions. • Executed complex SQL queries to extract and clean the raw data obtained and used Tableau to analyze the quote and move dates for each order depending on location, seasonality, the distance of the trip, and other factors to figure out which data points are the most important for expansion for the company.• Observed the trend of moves using ArcGIS, by residents and found out the winter season had 70% lesser quote orders compared to summer and if the period between quote and order date increased, then there is a 50% reduction in the approval rate of orders.

- I investigated the damages on the 6” class 900 check value lining while pressurized water quality testing. I solved the FBE (Fusion Bonding Epoxy) coating damage on the 6” class 900 check valve lining by using PTFE (Poly tetra fluoro ethylene) gasket due to its effective pressure sealing.- I decreased defect rate, improved plant capacity performance by changing the factory layout, and cut manpower requirements by 4%. I conducted statistical analyses of operational metrics and shipment optimization.
