She began her career in London as wait staff, rising to General Manager and eventually to Managing Director/Chief Operating Officer. As a result, she has extensive in all areas of leadership from creating concepts to managing P&L.With Ganbaru, she creates the concepts, provides leadership in implementing the concept including furnishings, equipment, staff and helps develop the menus that blends in with the concept and culture of the country.This has led to outstanding restaurants that boast the best service, the best food quality and the best dining experience. With her knowledge and leadership in the industry, Mastrosanti’s goal has been to take the client’s ideas and turn it into their dream of dining excellence.
