Coordinating with panel advocates and briefing them in the matters. Conducting legal research on case laws. • Contract negotiation – Drafting, reviewing, vetting and finalization of commercial agreements. Skilled in implementing contract management systems and conducting comprehensive risk assessments to enhance contract performance and mitigate legal risks. Ensuring legal compliances.• Advising the company on matters relating to various commercial laws, facilitating timely legal action, preparing and handling legal correspondence for customers/clients.
