As a Director of the QC Vaccine Department I am responsible for team management of approx. 65 employees divided into 4 units and a stabs function. The department is responsible for quality control of acellular Pertussis, Diphtheria, Tetanus, BCG and IPV vaccine as well as Tuberculin and new vaccine candidates. The stab function refers directly to me and includes a project group of 5 project members, 2 statisticians and 2 secretaries. Main responsibility: Insuring GMP compliance, budget planning, development and implementation of strategy, strategy execution, resource planning, handling of inspections/audit from authorities/customers and Lean management
