I am passionated about the Green Transistion and Future Energy Technologies. We must take more care of our planet and my interest is to implement new technologies and to get people to adopt, understand and invest in the future and be more energy observant in their daily life. For more than 25 years I have been working with saving energy, DER, EV´s, Smart Energy and Smart Grid, to Storage and Power2X. I have been a Consultant, Team-leader, Project and Business Development Manager in my eager to stop climate changes.I have a solid experience in the Green Transition from different perspectives and on several technologies. From my many years of experiences from energy consultancy in the industry sector, the development of a demonstration of the future society in sustainability and digitisation (Innovation Fur) and the focus of recent years on the green transition and the role and challenges of the electricity sector with it, I have a broad professional insight. Experience that will benefit my future job in developing and implementing new innovative projects in collaboration with partners and customers. I am experienced in writing applications for both national and EU-funds with success as well as preparing basis for decision for new business areas to the board. For the past 14 years I have been group and project manager, this has given me a solid experience of leading other people and making project groups thrive and perform. Projects that runs across the organization involve both educational institutions, companies nationally and internationally.I am being compared to a Swiss Army knife. I possess a wide range of competencies. I have an engineering background, I hold a Pathfinder and Natural Leader Education as well as a mini-MBA, have worked extensively with business development and innovation, lots of change processes and motivation for customers, citizens, employees, directors and mayors.I am visionary, imaginative and actively participate when planning, developing and executing. I am not afraid to start a dialogue about solutions and opportunities. As a person, I see opportunities rather than limitations and do not let myself be stopped by the limitations of others.
