I was enrolled in the Italian Bar, District of Rome, in 1998, and I am now empowered to higher courts. Until 2002, I practiced in some reputable Law Firms acquiring a very good experience in insolvency, restructuring, and litigation in the frame of Banking and Corporate Law. In the same period, I achieved an LLP as international company lawyer at LUISS Management School in Rome and an II Level Master Degree in International Law of Bancks and Financial Intermediaries at Economics Faculty of Università "La Sapienza". From 2002 I joined the international law firm Simmons&Simmons where I obtained a strong experience in companies crises solution by means of the judicial and extrajudicial restructuring of the insolvency procedures, also advising some companies in the sectors of Banking and Finance Law. By 2009 I started new opportunities assisting some TV directors, music producers, and publishers in the agreements activity connected to their entertainment jobs, and I deepened the subjects reached a brief Master in Copyright and Entertainment Law and a year post-lauream course of specialization in management of Copyright, IP, Competition and Information Law at LUISS and a Master in Entertainment Law at Altalex.By January 2011 I founded ADLP Studio Legale. Shortly after, my professional life changed because at the end of 2012 I intercepted Bitcoin and Blockchain technology to whom I have dedicated first scientific dissemination activities, books, articles, events and conferences, and which now also actively deals with legal assistance to the companies that want to start a Blockchain based business in Italy and abroad thanks to the strong network of international relations that I formed in years of knowledge of this new industry.Mother tongue: Italian.
