Management of Italian Operations’ internal communication activities. Responsible for the alignment and coordination of 7 production plants, distributed in 3 different regions.Key projects:- Family Days: coordination of a cross-functional team in the organization of an event which hosted more than 10.000 people, between employees and families, aimed at boosting Company culture and promoting people engagement;- Safety culture: cooperation with Safety and HR department to let people feel the importance of Safety by leveraging on dedicated events and digital tools.Continued remote coordination of Chinese subsidiaries’ internal communication activities, by coaching and mentoring foreign resources.

Internship in HR office, mainly focused on Internal Communication activities, located in a manufacturing environment. The final goal of the internship was the establishment of a cultural bridge between the Chinese subsidiary (the biggest plant in Luxottica Group, with more than 13,000 employees) and the Italian Headquarters, as well as the alignment to Corporate strategy and guidelines.
