After a relevant experience in Controlling Department, I was given the task of supporting and analysing the company accounting procedures with the aim of drawing up the monthly report of the Business Unit Technology that specifically concerned Network. In particular, I was charged with checking the profit and Loss account, analysing clients profitability, drawing up financial documents and reports, analysing Budget discrepancies (assets liabilities and margins), producing KPI, preparing the business sheets for financial statement and balance sheet, working out Forecasts and supporting the Business Unit with the purpose of improving work efficiency.

I was involved in the take over and merging process of the company with DHL Group. I backed the Heads of department in analysing margins and costs and writing them up in the balance sheet. I worked out a database with assets and liabilities 2012. I prepared a final report with complete analysis of business trends for the management board.

While working in Controlling Department I had the chance to actively contribute to the improvement of the management control processes with regard to working out financial reports and business sheets. I supported the heads of Department in drawing up 2013 company Forecast and Budget.
