I joined the Deloitte Digital team in November 2019, directly from the University of Milano Bicocca, After a bachelor degree in Psychology and a master in Theory and Technology of Communication. During my studies, and thesis project carried out at the SOSI Service Centre of Banca Popolare di Sondrio, I developed experience in quantitative and qualitative research to verify satisfaction with the use of banking services, psychology of social influence and cognitive ergonomic. In the last year at Deloitte Digita, I have been dealing with interfaces for different devices: web, mobile and tablet. I also carried out benchmark analysis, prototype, user flow, customers journey and user test.In my spare time, I also participate in a social psychology project financed by the European Union, "Cost Action: Apparence Matter", as a volunteer researcher at Fondazione Palazzo Bondini Pastorio, a research institute recognised by MIUR. My experience range from consumer psychology and social influences to qualitative and quantitative research, from user experience and user interface design to prototyping. My goal is to design accessible experiences that feel good for everyone, thanks to my focus on user psychology and test results, which help me to design smooth user-product interactions and create delightful experiences.
