- With the job title of Internal Resource of the Companies, Consultant, Temporary Manager and sometimes some other designation ... actually various around the world ... I dedicate my best resource to the Projects of the Companies I collaborate with.- Sometimes, I`m called to take action in advanced stages of projects, so, I work as a Temporary Manager, on specific sections of the operations proposed to me for evaluation, and eventual corrective actions, in order to support the resources already operating. If there are the requirements, I usually find good opportunities that need few or no additional cost...and, if requested, I manage/supervise the relevant implementation, according to my operational schedule.- I althogh prefer an early involvement in Company Projects, therefore I proceed from planning to execution and monitoring and controlling all the necessary Operations, alternating delegation and control as an indissoluble and necessary combination, adapting myself to the available resources, sometimes to be refined (with specific training, team building, briefing-debriefing....) or to be increased.- I always substantiate any need for increases in resources, modulating them according to the company targets set out and agreed: I try to manage any unforeseen events as "opportunities" for the Project and the best resoult for all the Stakeholders.- However I am responsible for the adequacy of the intermediate phases and the final results of my direct work either what I endorse with my signature, both in terms of time schedule and related profit logic, and in compliance with the local regulations of the nations where the operations take place.- I avail my "adactive" attitude and Personal and Professional Versatil Skill, naturally prone to learn the specifications of new projects, maintaining the basic Approach and Work System that leads me, starting from identification to gather the information for carry out the most appropriate analysis and reach to the operational synthesis.Finally... my history identify myself as "Perfectly matching with Multi-Project Management and Program Management".
