Currently working as Expert Labs Automation for IBM Technology.Previously worked in IBM as IBM Security L2 Support engineer from 1st December 2013.Previously I was a Software Support Specialist working for Italy IMT in the Tivoli CustomerSupport team within IBM GTS TSS.I have been working for IBM since 2002 and I gained a solid skills in severalproducts of the Tivoli suite.During these years I have been involved in several projects implementing Tivolisolutions for IBM Clients in Italy, especially for Tivoli Workload Scheduler,Tivoli Management Framework, Tivoli Storage Manager, Tivoli Directory Servers,and Tivoli Identity Manager.I had also the opportunity to deepen my skill on other IBM products embeddedwith the Tivoli ones, like IBM WebSphere Application Server (v6.1, v7.0) andIBM DB2. (v9.5 and v9.7).During my daily work I also acquired an average skill on Data Protection forDomino, Data Protection for Exchange and Microsoft VSS.During the past Redbook experience and while supporting the Clients fortechnical issues, I also worked with Cluster software, especially with PowerHAand MS Cluster.In April 2006, I awarded a Professional Certification from IBM for TivoliWorkload Scheduler V8.2, and V8.4 in 2008.In June 2016 I achieved IBM Security Identity Manager 6.0 CertificationIn July 2018 I achieved IBM Certified Deployment Professional - Identity Governance and Intelligence V5.2
