Coordinator of a group of 35 young talents involved in many activities within the Welcome Team, from class assistance in courses and international events to data storage. My core tasks are:- Setting up the attendance timetable every week;- Recruiting and training new employees every year;ù- Controlling their monthly remuneration;- Managing the relationships between HR department, the “Executive Programs, Research and Events Operations” division and the team.
