-Responsible for an array of econometric analyses and policy research on climate change, adaptation, resilience, and agricultural productivity in Southern Africa and South-East Asia;-Responsible for geo-spatial and remote sensing data collection, management, processing and analysis using satellite and spatial datasets matched with public available and in-house surveys data;-Contributed to the technical and conceptual work of peer-reviewed chapters, flagship reports, policy briefs, and scientific articles;-Led a capacity-building training workshop for technical experts and ministerial officers in Malawi, Mozambique, and Zambia.-Provided technical expertise for survey designs and implementation is South-East Asia;-Led the design, data collection, analysis, and on-field work associated with a cost-benefit analysis on the adoption of different Climate Smart Agriculture scenarios in Southern Malawi (Blantyre, Neno, Phalombe, Zomba);-Delivered presentations to a broad audience of technical experts, policy-makers and practitioners.

-Co-Investigator on two projects funded by the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC) of the United Kingdom;-Led the empirical and policy analysis on the relationship between conflict and private economic activity, investment, and employment in Sub-Saharan Africa.-Coordinated the technical work of team of research assistants (x4) from the Centre for Technology Management in Ife, Nigeria;-Responsible for the coordination of the work with other partners of the ESRC’s funded projects (World Bank, Institute of Development Studies, ACLED and Uwiano);-Organized technical and policy workshops (x5) with researchers and civil-society stakeholders from Kenya and Nigeria;

-Led the empirical analysis on the inequalities and heterogeneities behind the impact of weather shocks on consumption, yield and crop income in Ethiopia and Malawi;-Developed a set of methodological guidelines for the gender-representative collection of climate-smart agricultural data;-Supported the empirical work related to the impact of social protection in Malawi and Zambia.

-Delivered the descriptive and empirical analysis for the Luxembourg 2015 economics survey of the OECD Economics Department;-Provided empirical support for other reports and policy-briefs.

-Research Analyst on a range of applied econometric projects led by Professor Paola Giuliano;-Supported the data collection and empirical analysis of a broad set of studies on cultural and development economics;-Responsible for the data cleaning and data management of satellite, spatial, and survey data using Stata and ArcGis.

-Research Analyst on an industrial organization project led by Professor Liliane Giardino-Karlinger;-Investigated the empirical linkages between the national enforcement of the anti-dumping regulation and the realization of export cartels among domestic or foreign companies;-Responsible for the data cleaning, data management and estimation of empirical models on national-level data.
