Supplier Capacity Management:The role perimeter is cross-Regions (EMEA, NAFTA, LATAM, APAC) and cross-Business Segments (Agriculture, Construction Equipment, Commercial and Specialty Vehicles, Powertrain).The aim of the role is to monitor on a rolling basis CNHi demand evolution compared to capacity/constraints of key strategic suppliers in order to prevent mid-long term demand bottleneck that might affect CNHi Production Target and allow timely corrective actions to solve/mitigate the identified issues to be addressed to the main Stakeholders.Periodic meeting with suppliers in scope to review the capacity saturation, the demand evolution, to share the gap and to define in advance an action plan to mitigate risks and opportunities on medium/long term horizon.When needed management of special activities such as arbitrations, supplier relocation, phase-in/ phase-out process, supplier financial trouble.Projects management:Project Management from business side aimed to realize Supply Chain tools for Supplier Management.
