I am a food science student actively engaged in research projects focused on process and product sustainability. Through my collaborations with both public and private research institutes, I have had the opportunity to learn, grow, and innovate.My early exposure to the world of food production and culinary practices profoundly shaped my career path. It was during this time that I cultivated three essential qualities: adaptability, strategic thinking, and an unwavering commitment to innovation. Recognizing the urgent need for dedicated individuals to transform the food system, I chose to pursue a university education to drive meaningful change in this pivotal sector.In addition to my academic pursuits, I volunteer with two organizations that explore the social and nutritional dimensions of food. I am also passionate about politics and policies, particularly those related to the agri-food sector, and I am eager to contribute to a more sustainable future.
