My name is Giuseppe Randazzo was born March 18, 1972 Rosolini (-Sicily-Italy).I was born with a passion for cooking !Since 1986, I joined the chefs hotel school in Syracuse, Cook specialization .From 1989 he qualified after the exams and I started my career with the summer season with the most important tour operator brands such as Club Med, the Grandi Viaggi, Alpitour World, Eden Viaggi, and hotels like Sheraton Hotel Catania, the Jolly Hotel Plaza Genova, Boscolo Hotels, as the beginning of his career.I worked for Princess Cruises as 2nd chef in 2000/2001, where I had a good personal and professional experience, after I continued to work in various European countries and in the World ;Montecarlo,Cannes, Germany, France, Geneva, Greece, Islands Sal, Malta, Croatia, Egypt, Cyprus, Canary island, Miami, Caribbean islands, Lanzarote, United Arab Emirates,Qatar,Los Angeles,Riyadh,Madagascar, Vienna,San PietroBurgo,Moscow,Amsterdam, in Hotel's, Restaurants,&Cruise ship.All these experiences of work includes annual, seasonal, even as a consultant chef for Restaurants Openings.
