Duties: 1) preparation of Power-MOS devices back-end production plan, following business plan provided every 3 months by marketing dept. Production instructions were then sent to several corporate plants located in different foreign countries.2) Dealing with customers orders, taking care to process them depending on wharehouses availabilities and ongoing production, with support of SW tools providing real time infos about stocks and production process.All the above in an international english speaking context.

As a company specialized in outsourcing services, ONE ICT Services selected me to work for project related to customer RAI Italian Television, where I worked for 6 months as 1st level support Engineer at RAI's NOC, with duties of monitoring and troubleshooting for RAI's IP national network, initially c/o their Roma (Teulada St.) offices, then moving to Torino's (Cernaia St.) offices. Working in shifts, from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm.
