I'm Engagement & Client Manager, member of the Management Team at Digital Entity. Digital Entity is the new Special Unit of NTT Data created to support companies in their process of digital transformation. We are different teams with international experience and multidisciplinary expertise. We apply design thinking to realize and comunicate products, services and brand experience for our customers.

I am Client Director at H-Art and I manage relationships with clients like Intesa Sanpaolo Group, Eurizon Capital, Fideuram, American Express, Canali, Quisma, Lugano turismo etc.Together with my team we work on the definition of online communication strategies for all the digital touchpoints (web site, mobile app, social networks, digital retail and online store). I deal with the definition of the project's budget and support actively the achievement of the business objectives of the agency through the up-selling activities existing customers and generation of new business opportunities in new potential customers.I also work in collaboration with the country manager of Swiss and German for the expansion of business in Northern Europe.

I am responsible for coordinating the team for implementation of all digital communication campaigns for Nokia (digital display advertising, web communications, Viral, Internet PR, online organizing contests and events, development of DEM etc...)I manage the relationship with clients locally and globally, with the creative and development teams (both locally and globally) with media agencies and ATL.I coordinate the activities of site maintenance of Nokia network (Nokia.it, Nokia.it / onlineshop, Nokia.mobi, Mynokia), and the implementation of communication campaigns after the evaluation of analytics and results.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Sono Interactive Manager del team Nokia e mi occupo del coordinamento del team di progetto per l’implementazione di tutte le campagne di comunicazione digitale per Nokia (digital display advertising, comunicazione web, viral, internet PR, organizzazione contest ed eventi online, sviluppo di DeM etc.). Gestisco i rapporti con il cliente a livello local e global, con il team creativo e di sviluppo (sia a livello local che global) e con le Agenzie Media e ATL. Coordino parte delle attività per la gestione dei siti del network Nokia (Nokia.it, Nokia.it/onlineshop, Nokia.mobi, Mynokia), supportando il team nella maintenance dei siti, nell’implementazione delle campagne di comunicazione, delle offerte sull’online shop e della valutazione degli analytics delle campagne.

Prima di diventare Interactive Manager ricoprivo il ruolo di Account Executive e mi occupavo della gestione delle relazioni con i clienti (Microsoft, Barilla, JP Morgan, AIRC Associazione Italiana Ricerca sul Cancro) per lo sviluppo di progetti e attività di comunicazione on-line e off-line, marketing, web marketing, direct marketing e CRM.

• Analisi di Business, realizzazione, testing, e produzione di un applicativo di gestione clienti tramite Call Center per progetto di C.R.M. dipartimenti commerciale e marketing.• Nell’ambito di un progetto dedicato alla realizzazione ed implementazione di un nuovo strumento di Reporting (monitoraggio performance) sto gestendo la funzione del Change Management a livello nazionale. Funzione che prevede la progettazione, realizzazione ed erogazione del piano di formazione e comunicazione interna adattata a tutti i livelli gerarchici del modello organizzativo.
