Onsite It Technician
Current• Proving on-site and remote support to all the offices of the client• Fielding user requests raised via email or phone• Installation of operating systems• Installation of software and applications onto PCs and Macs, laptops and devices• Installing hardware components onto PCs and Macs, laptops and devices• Troubleshooting for business networks, firewalls & routers and IP telephony• Configuring and installing client and server network software for upgrading and maintaining network and telecommunication systems• Troubleshooting malfunctions of network hardware and software applications• Update and monitoring of the ticket management systems• Performing daily, weekly and monthly checks as defined• Escalating issues to right team involved
