As a Level 2 – Training Specialist, I am responsible for designing, developing, implementing, facilitating, and managing new hire & tenured learner content for the Learner Service Department. In order to drive the implementation of core employee learning and development, I am focused on consistently pursuing an instructor led training program that combines web-based and activity-based programs meant for adult learners. I believe in professionalism, integrity, respectability and team work.Responsibilities• Develop and organize new hire training material (training manuals, multimedia video aids and other educational materials).• Responsible for mentoring, coaching, and developing new hires within their 1st 90 days, to meet their departments KPI’s.• Observe and accurately score calls based on the student experience and provide professional coaching feedback to improve employee success. • Identify key knowledge and development gaps based on individual, team, and organizational performance• Analyze performance and production with department leadership to ensure employee success.• Carefully follow all applicable federal and state compliance requirements and regulations including those prescribed by the Department of Education, ABHES, and CIE. • Effectively communicate compliance requirements to students and other staff as appropriate and quickly escalates any compliance concerns to the VP of Compliance.
