For the first six weeks I assisted in launching the My Place Stay Rewarded Loyalty program, hosting trainings and providing feedback for processes and systems. Created an incentive program for each hotel to participate in. The remanding six weeks, I was able to re-evaluate and study the current check-in process and as a result providing completely new verbiage and a set process for the chain.

A unique opportunity that provided me an in-depth analysis of every department in the company for a duration of one to two weeks per department. Being able to gain insight and interact and connect with housekeeping, front desk, General Managers, Legacy Management, Accounting, Marketing, Brand-management and an additional two weeks spent with the Executive Board offered me a well rounded outlook on the way business, processes and relationships intertwine.

Assisted in bookkeeping and updating client files. I also was able to assist in school auditing procedures. I performed great responsibilities and operated software such as Quickbooks with accuracy and efficiency while communicating with CBA team members professionally. I also assisted in filing out tax forms for companies.

As I have always enjoyed working with people, I obtained this job for more customer service experience and because I wanted to be challenged. During my time here, I was able to build a regular customer base, challenge myself in customer service and quickly and efficiently fill the needs of my customers and of my boss.

During the summers, I assisted in pricing materials for customers and bookkeeping. I also kept inventory of the materials and assisted in accounts payable and accounts receivable. I gained experience with customer service and working with Microsoft Excel.
