During this time I:- Re-implemented a failed project for AHCA Financial Services to track accounts receivables.· Implemented approx. half of the Department of Juvenile Justice Facility Management System over five months in ASP.NET, SQL Server 2005, Reporting Services.· Architected/Designed/Implemented a state machine for survey configuration and process control as well as the application security system for the Bureau of Labor and Statistics National Green Goods and Services Survey using MVC3, SQL Server 2008 R2. · Worked as part of a multivendor team where I implemented over two dozen use cases for the Florida Department of Community Affairs on their RAS Enterprise system in VB.NET and TSQL using the Fusebox methodology. These use cases were responsible for the personnel portion of their system.· Worked with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection to enhance their classic C/C++/C# ASP.NET/SQL Server 2000 Clean Marinas internal website for processing grant applications. Designed their next generation system based on C#/MVC/SQL Server2008. · Assisted the Florida Department of Health with the enhancement of their ASP.NET/VB CellPhone Bill Verification System. I fixed a large number of bugs, greatly improved performance and maintainability of the application. Additions included processing online credit card payments into T30 FLAIR transactions for both payments and reversals. New Crystal Reports were created as well as several workflow improvements. All within the constraints of the DOH development process.

Started the company in my garage as a one man consulting operation specializing in digital electronic product design and development, electronics manufacturing engineering, software engineering and development on MacOS, Unix, Windows over a broad range of areas such as GIS, GPS, business applications, home energy, fleet management, Telephony IVR and call center CRM telephony integration.· Designed and implemented a revolutionary GPS fleet management system all the way from electronic and printed circuit design, microprocessor firmware, WindowsCE palmtop application, Windows MFC/C++/SQL Server reporting, mapping and database application as well as all protocols and communication links between the vehicle and business office.· Gathered requirements, performed analysis and created documentation for an interactive voice response system to handle over 1.5 million/month of inbound, outbound and blended telephone calls to the Florida Department of Revenue for GTA and CSE. Rewrote the system in C#/SQL Server with a web based configuration front end in ASP.NET and C#. I have worked as a contractor for the Florida Department of Revenue for over eight years.· Maintained and enhanced a commercial home energy monitoring system. This included electronics hardware changes, firmware changes, automated tester and calibration system in MFC/C++. Desktop application to monitor and report energy usage in C#/SQL Express.

Completely designed and built MARS [Maintenance Activity Reporting System] in C#, ASP.NET MVC5, jQuery, Bootstrap, a custom SCRUD scaffolder I created, MS SQL Server. The complication in the project was a complete redesign of the common and OSTDS portion of the database along with the scripts to convert the old version into the new version on a nightly basis in less than five minutes. This app also used mixed authentication, allowing outside users to forms authenticate and inside users to automatically logon from a domain computer.

Helping the agency complete their new Online Licensing application. Over the course of a year I built their USPS address validation system, created the AHCA logging library that is installed with a nuget package and mimics the Microsoft Enterprise Library Logging Block while sending log entry messages to a central logging service, created the template for their HTML/javascript helpers used throughout the project, created a centrally controlled online payments service that can be used by any AHCA MVC application by simply adding a nuget package and some simple configuration. Created both their internal agent dashboards as well as external agent dashboard integrated with their WIF STS.
