Monitor traffic on the consulate’s social media platforms daily to track response and engagement and to identify topics for campaigns and engagement. Developed key content to increase reach and audience for consulate social media, including #USIndiaDosti video series to promote the U.S.-India relationship; #16Days against gender-based violence; and #StudyInTheUS, resulting in an increase in followers on Facebook from 300K to over 1 million and from 11K to 22.5K on Twitter in less than two years.
