The role was to provision real-time bus tracking and prediction information to digital channels including apps, website, opendata as well as PIDS(Passenger Information Display System) onboard and wayside. My responsibilities✑ Creating and owning Solution Architecture for this multivendor integration project.✑ Introduce standards-based data communication across solution. ✑ Amazon Web Services - Modernisation of middleware architecture to ensure extreme low latency and high availability for real-time information. This is done using AWS’s modern serverless technologies.

My responsibility includes:✑ Creating business centric information strategy. This includes critical information flow across multiple channels (web, mobile, information displays, internal systems) as well as critical non-functionals (high availability, low latency and accessibility).✑ Owning Solution Architecture for large projects - This includes creation/co-creation of Solution Architecture with internal business users and external technology partners. Subsequently, for critical applications, I oversees the system integration functions.✑ Part of Enterprise Design Authority (EDA) that provides guidance and review for all software solutions within PTV✑ Assisting Business Engagement Partners with Solution direction ✑ Create blueprint for phase wise achievement of strategic solutions that will assist the Information management roadmap✑ Amazon Web Services - Part of the Core team that created the best practice design methodology. This includes creation of AWS standards for PTV and ensuring all Vendors/Partners practices these guidelines

Strategic Consulting. Profiling new business to identify problems and creating a solution in line with the customer's organisation VisionIn 1999, I joined NIIT (later changed its name to NIIT Technologies). In the initial part of his work with NIIT, Sreekanth was part of SERD (Software Engineering R & D) that was assisting the organisation and client with exploring and utilising the leading edge technology changes. As part of this, I was involved in certain projects that was well ahead of its time including web based distributed calendaring, document automation from UML and mobile push messaging. Later in 2000, Sreekanth became the lead designer for a new EBPP (Electronic Bill Payment and Presentment) product, eBillSpace. During the third quarter of 2001, I came to Melbourne, Australia to implement the eBillSpace product with a branding of EDP3. I have travelled to Hongkong in 2004 to be part of a global records management application for Crown Relocations.After his return to Australia in 2006, I joined DOI (Department of Infrastructure) in early 2007. The machinery of government changes has changed this department from DOI → Department of Transport → Public Transport Victoria. I have been working as Solution Architect since 2006 in Victorian government
