Hi everyone, I am Gurwin, a final-year psychology student at HELP University. I live by the motto of "Aspire to Empower for the Betterment".Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, my interest in psychology skyrocketed. As an aspiring I/O Psychologist, I started gaining interest in integrating my knowledge of psychology into the corporate setting. I believe that enhancing employees' satisfaction helps improve their productivity which contributes to the performance of an organization. Furthermore, throughout my internship period as a human resources intern, I was able to gain first-hand experience in the corporate world that will come in handy in the future as it aligns with my career prospects. Besides education, I have actively participated in extra-curricular activities. Through various exposures, I am able to enhance my leadership and teamwork skills which align with my career objectives. By being an active participant, I am able to build my networking skills and develop professional relationships which I believe can go a long way in the journey of my growth.Besides my professional life, I have a deep interest in dance.
