And it all started from a garage... but I didn't work at Apple but at ICN.BG - the company I founded together with the people I now call family in 2004. And since then began an adventure that continues to this day and taught me the greatest lessons in business and life, as I introduced myself to the people closest to me. My name is Gergana Kuzmanova and for 20 years people have tried not to associate me with the hosting industry, but they say that one should not run away from one's fate, but accept it. Over the past many years, I have gained serious entrepreneurial experience thanks to the company we created, ICN.BG, and in 2021 its assets were acquired by the Belgian company team.blue. I am a programmer by education, and a marketer at heart, and I remain so to this day. Over the years, I gained experience in the field of B2B and B2C marketing, mainly in the field of IT companies. My successful projects include the launch of innovative business solutions and B2B services as well as several IT start-up projects. Working in the IT sector reveals countless opportunities for learning and growth but is also a great challenge for any marketer. I approach any issue with a great level of patience and my set of problem-solving skills and multi-tasking ability. After the successful exit of ICN.BG, I continue to develop myself in the field of marketing by consulting various start-up and developing IT companies. With them I build their marketing strategy to meet their needs. With my pre-company experience, I manage to find the right balance between the efforts that need to be put into the marketing part as well as the business development part. Outside of marketing, I support various charitable initiatives that I take personally. One of them is the "Mailko mila" foundation, which helps mothers of disabled children earn additional funds to raise their children. I define myself as a fierce optimist who always looks on the bright side of things.
