Wadi Degla Clubs Runda was established in 2016, stretching over 40,000 m2 of land. Our sports and leisure facilities include some of the finest sports infrastructures, a business lounge, state of a state-of-the-art gymnasium, restaurants, an outdoor seating area, a kids' play area, and many more for the whole family.As the Sales Team Leader, my responsibilities have span across:▪ Spearheaded the development and execution of strategic sales plans, resulting in significant expansion of the customer base, the accumulation of valuable industry expertise, and the attainment of maximum profitability.▪ Effectively monitored lead generation and sales processes of sales agents while coordinating post-sales customer service to enhance brand reputation and customer satisfaction.▪ Formulated and instituted clear and challenging sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the sales teams, consistently driving them to exceed their targets and achieving remarkable sales closures.As a result:▪ Successfully managed a 12-member Customer Relationship Manager team at Wadi Degla Investment Kenya Runda Unit, overseeing their performance, productivity, and professional growth.▪ Demonstrated a strong track record of exceeding sales targets, consistently achieving remarkable sales revenues: KES 200 million in 2022, KES 154 million in 2021, KES 79 million in 2020, and KES 20 million in 2019.▪ Delivered comprehensive reports to the Head of Sales, covering various aspects, including sales performance, lead generation feedback, insights from sales activities, outcomes of sales meetings, revenue achievements, and innovative ideas to boost sales volume.
