My role as a tutor allows me to help students enhance their mastery of concepts and academic skills in specific subject areas. I was also one of the recipients of the Outstanding Tutor award in 2015 and this would not be possible without the strong support rendered my Head Tutor, Centre Supervisor and parents of my students.

During my internship with FH, I assisted on both B2B and B2C accounts with a variety of public relations functions including researching, media relations and writing press releases.

As a front office agent, my daily duties include processing an average of up to 100 guests’ check-ins and check-outs per shift. In addition, I perform cashier related functions such as posting charges to guest accounts, raising paid out's as well as currency exchange. I was later rotated to Guest Relations and joined my colleagues in managing the room inventory and pre-registration of rooms for incoming groups.

During my internship with Shangri-La Hotel, I assisted with making room reservations for sister properties Shangri-La Hotel and Traders Hotel (now re-branded to Hotel Jen), Singapore. My responsibilities includes processing reservations by mail, telephone, fax, and travel agents as well as arrange for transportation when requested. I also handle daily correspondence, respond to inquiries and ensure that room reservations are in order.

Under the guidance of several Banquet Managers, my team and I have served at more than 100 weddings, conferences and seminars. The work we do included the set up and running of banquet rooms and halls for the respective events.
