Conceive and lead The Project Theatre's artistic direction: specifically original, immersive, site-specific productions. Scouting potential locations, developing relationships with venues, and other cultural organizations. Coordinating event logistics, scheduling, coordinating with vendors, and creating and distributing promotional and marketing materials. Directing and producing shows, planning the season, recruiting performers and creating partnerships with artistic collaborators to create new works. Work closely with the Executive Director to evaluate projects including promotional aspects, fundraising, and press materials. Write creative copy for promotional and marketing material. Spokesperson for the organization at public events and fundraisers. Reports directly to the Board of Directors. Maintain a community presence and creating alternative content between productions.
