The size of our team means I get involved in everything from arts administration to theater production, which has been a great way to stay connected to the heartbeat of what we do.Over the last couple of seasons, we've shaken up how we sell tickets and fundraise, breathing new life into our operations and drawing in audiences who might not have known about us before. Adapting to change and thinking on our feet have been crucial, especially with the big shoes to fill following our founder's retirement.For me, theater is more than a job; it's about making a difference and sparking conversations that matter.
