Compliance Audit Monitoring for Sales Originations, Sales Performance Tracking - Corporate

Responsible for the day-to-day administration of the mortgage loan process from initial loan application to final funding and escrow closing status, including but not limited to:• Prequalify and Data Input entry and intake of basic loan applicant information data, including gather and review of appropriate credit, income, tax returns, financial assets & investments, REO, or other data such as third party verifications, escrow/title documents (prelim reports or other title documents), for compliance and accuracy.• Run AUS-DU/DO or LP, order appraisals, order credit reports, flood determinations, HOA certifications, evidence of insurance, and other documents as needed. · Ensure quality and completeness of loan file to underwriting by appropriately structuring package submission dependent on qualifying product, program and pricing guidelines based on borrower needs and goals. • Daily maintenance of active loan pipeline to guide borrowers throughout the stages of the loan process from approval to funding and closing, including effectively communicating with all parties informing of file status, including constant follow up on missing loan documentation as needed for approval/funding.· Assist in developing customer relationships and/or business referrals•Assist Mortgage advisors with processor, loan or closing related questions.
