I work as customer service representative for Globe lines broadband and landline where in I assist and handle application, directory assistant , survey and technical problems with regards to the land line and internet connection and products for globe lines. after two years of customer handling , I was recommended by my supervisor for the ISF position at the globe telecom itself where in I handle survey or area, value added services of globe lines and broadband, mobile phones, I also handle pre qualification concerns such as bill reprinting and upgrade of plan for their landline and broadband connection.
