Major responsibilities include retaining/growing the business through successful cultivation with key client decision-makers, developing/managing client implementation plans, serving as a trusted advisor, all client communications, employee education and ongoing support as needed throughout the year.

Facility focal point for implementing and and managing Human Resources programs and initiatives for large non-profit hospital. Provided strategic and operational guidance for thirteen ancillary and non-ancillary Directors and Senior members of respective teams, totaling over 900 employees. Primary responsibilities were to provide counsel, support and solutions that successfully resolve human resources related issues and concerns impacting work environment, across all areas of Human Resources.

Relocated to assist wife’s family. Completed "Hands On" major renovation of primary residence from June-December, 2013. Unexpectantly became primary caregiver for my mother in November, 2013, resulting in her moving from Arizona to live with us on a permanent basis. Delayed job search until June, 2014. Relocated back to Arizona due to lack of opportunities in Jackson, MS market. During time off, successfully completed and achieved SPHR recertification and new Society Human Resources Management certification, SPHR-Senior Certified Professional (SCP). Became active member in local HR Association. Member of committee that conducted mock interviews for underprivileged women entering the workforce.
