Initially, as part of the EMEA IT Team, I provided Tier 1 and Tier 2 support before transitioning to Project Stryker, where I helped establish Remote Broadcast Centers for centralized Esports production.During the COVID-19 pandemic, I served as an Associate IT Technician, offering support at our Dublin Office and across EMEA.
