With 14 years in the restaurant industry, I began my journey as a dishwasher and have since progressed through various roles, ultimately becoming a celebrated chef. My career includes notable achievements such as earning my first Michelin Star with Lulu & Po before the restaurant's closure, reflecting a commitment to excellence and innovation in the culinary arts.I have had the opportunity to collaborate on high-profile projects and corporate contracts, including the flagship opening of Tiffany & Co., New York Fashion Week events for Prada, and Christmas celebrations at the Cartier mansion. My experience also includes catering the MET Gala on three occasions, and serving as a private chef for Beyoncé and Jay-Z at their summer residence. Leading me to work with Ferrari North America. Later being recognized at Congressi in Milan (2022) for my contributions to the Chef Congress and have represented distinguished brands such as Parmigiano Reggiano and Ubani Truffles.Recently, I transitioned from employee to employer by founding Saverino & Sons, a hospitality consulting firm, and partnered in launching Matta and Mattarello Emiliano. I am now seeking new opportunities for collaboration and expansion, aiming to leverage my extensive experience to drive innovation and excellence within the culinary industry.
