I am passionate about initiating new projects from the ground up and assisting entrepreneurs and businesses in realising their visions. There is nothing more exciting to me than starting with a blank canvas and shaping the future.With a background started in construction from a young age, I began my journey with a national construction company as an apprentice joiner, eventually progressing into a management role.Over the past 15 years, I have immersed myself in the sales and marketing sector. Starting as a field representative, engaging in face-to-face product sales, I honed my skills, leading me to establish my own company in January 2012, based in Newcastle, England.Since its inception, my company served numerous clients spanning various industries, including entertainment, energy efficiency, telecommunications, charity, and finance, across the UK. From 2012 to the present, I have extended my reach to assist companies in Manchester, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Sheffield, York, and, starting in 2018, providing coaching to entrepreneurs in the US.In 2019, my wife and I founded AGL Holiday Homes, specialising in luxury hot tub holidays that cater to dog owners. This venture stemmed from a personal experience when our dog, Rolo, posed challenges in finding dog-friendly hot tub accommodations for weekend getaways.On a personal front, my wife and two amazing children serve as my constant motivation and drive. I contribute as a volunteer Commercial & Marketing Manager at Blyth Spartans AFC.Outside of work, I am an avid traveler, always eager to explore new cultures worldwide. Music holds a special place in my heart, having spent three years touring as a bass player.
