• Led a group of highly specialized operations individuals who analyzed the strategic design of the linehaul network and tactical operations. • Enhanced the road network for freight movement for YRC Freight and worked with all levels of senior leadership, union leadership and field management to execute the plans and changes as developed. • Special achievements:o 3/2021- One of two employees to receive recognition for excellence in contributions to the corporation.o 5/2018- Smartway Destination Green Environmental Excellence Award for network design focused on optimization that reduced miles which was a significant reduction of resources used in operations.

• Planned and implemented the next day network at Yellow Transportation. • Management of various projects involving future growth of the company’s freight movement network. • Special achievement: o 6/2008- YRC Worldwide Chairman’s Leadership Award- for consistently high performance and contributions regarding Yellow’s regional high speed linehaul network planning and implementation.

• Identified issues and resolved them by instituting processes that were cost effective and efficient. • Managed the City dispatch/delivery operation, Office staff, Outbound dock operation, Linehaul dispatch and the breakbulk dock operation, streamlining processes for a fluid successful operation.

• Responsible for planning and freight movement of the linehaul system that covered 30 states. • Led analysis of data used in forecasting future expansions into new states which involved planning for driver, facility and equipment needs and their costs. • Special achievement: o 12/1998- American Freightways Transportation Excellence Award- for creation and implementation of the linehaul system reconfiguration. Collaborated on the design and reconfigure the linehaul freight movement system involving and between 230 customer centers in 30 states.
