· Welcome and guide new Face Character Performers as a facilitator for “Introduction to Face Characters.”· Facilitate all Character Captain classes to cast members who are preparing to be Captains in the Parks and Resorts.· Trained new Character Captains in Magic Kingdom on efficiency goals in all meet and greet locations, working alongside and partnering with our operation’s cast members, all safety standards in the area and being able to make decisions and solve problems while on their own.· Worked with our Equity face performers in giving them an overview and day long training of the characters they would be performing on stage in front of guests.· Trained multiple face character roles to cast members during a three-day process which includes learning all details of their character’s story, physicality, vocal presentation, story lining and answering guest questions as their character, and ending with cast members performing as their character with guests.· Selected and trained to be a facilitator of a new efficiency class for all performers and character captains.
