Currently ISG's Vice President for Software Development, my focus is twofold: on today's customers and tomorrow's solutions.I spend a great deal of my time working with our customers, providing both frontline and behind-the-scenes sales support, project management, and software development and integration. The key to success in every customer interaction is close and transparent communication and the mutual desire to identify and attain the best possible solution to every business and technical problem that impacts today's operations.I also spend time thinking about, researching, and evaluating tomorrow's challenges — and the products and services ISG might design, develop, or adopt to address those challenges for our customers. Technology changes with incredible speed, and part of my mandate is to make sure that advances in technology translate to advantages for the associations we serve.Today we're helping associations successfully transition to iMIS EMS Enterprise as they make their way to the cloud. Tomorrow it will, no doubt, be something we haven't yet heard of.
