Law firm partner with 35 years experience in defending professionals and handling insurance coverage issues and complex claims. Glen Olson has defended attorneys, accountants, insurance agents, escrow agents, real estate brokers and directors and officers. He also has an extensive background in insurance litigation, with a particular emphasis on professional liability/errors and omissions coverage. Between 1997 and 2005 he was an officer of a national insurer, heading first its extra-contractual claims unit and then its lawyers and accountants professional liability claims departments. Mr. Olson has been named a Northern California Super Lawyer in Professional Liability Defense for the years 2011 through 2019. He is currently on the Board of Directors for the Professional Liability Defense Federation (PLDF), was previously Co-Chair of The State Bar of California Committee on Professional Liability Insurance, a member of the California State Bar's Malpractice Insurance Working Group and Chair of the American Bar Association Tort, Trials & Insurance Practice (TIPS) Section Professionals, Officers and Directors Liability Committee.
