After building the #1 microblading and permanent makeup certification academy and product store in the U.S. (Microblading Academy USA) from 2016 - 2019, representing a European brand, my partner and I launched our own brand called Beauty Angels Academy in April 2019. I exited this business in June 2020 and this business continues to thrive today with nearly 200 master trainers around the world teaching the Beauty Angels Academy brand of education and with more than 5,000 students.After establishing the operations and the brand name in the marketplace, I chose to sell my share to my partner in June 2020. At the date of the sale, Beauty Angels Academy had thousands of students around the world with representation in the U.S, South America, Europe, Australia and the far east. The academy had over 70 trainers worldwide, 15 full time employees (plus contractors), and an ecommerce store with our own brand of products that we had manufactured, imported and sold to a loyal customer base that we had built.
