At Notabene I was the sole recruiter managing and sourcing candidates across all disciplines from Sales and Marketing to Engineering and Product. I partnered with senior stakeholders to assist them in defining how they wanted their talent function to operate and grow for the future. Here I showed my adaptability by working on roles in disciplines I had never worked in before whilst also navigating the short term changes that are only natural in a Series A startup.

During my time at Cleo I was part of a team of 2 from Talentful brought on to boost their sourcing efforts across their Engineering teams, both Backend and Frontend (Ruby and React Native). My focus was on senior engineering candidates who would come in and raise the bar at Cleo, successfully bringing on board top talent in small and very competitive markets.

At Thought Machine I was part of a team of 4 from Talentful to help support Thought Machine grow after their Series D funding. I was mainly responsible for hiring people into the Engineering function, focusing on candidates working with Go & Python. My largest contribution was in the SRE teams with hires and offers made to multiple Meta & Google SREs across their 3 hubs in London, New York and Singapore.
