I am dedicated to helping those whose lives are in bondage to addiction and mental/emotional health disorders because I know firsthand the impact of these diseases on individuals and their families. To do so, I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities with patients, including cognitive therapy, Level II training in EMDR and in-depth training on deployment spectrum issues facing military service members and their families, including Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD.In my downtime, I enjoy time with my family, movies, traveling, reading and serving in my church. My spiritual life plays a significant role in my desire to help others. I also believe in the importance of nutrition and use essential oils for a variety of reasons.
