Glen Fields is the Vice President of Software Solutions at Rockwell Automation, where he leads the North American Software & Control business. His focus is on driving sales through innovative software and intelligent hardware solutions. Recently, he launched the North America New Capacity Technical Center of Excellence, enhancing production efficiency and capacity by collaborating with Channel Partners, OEMs, System Integrators, EPCs, and End Users across the region.Glen is a global commercial and technical leader with extensive experience in driving digital transformation across industrial and commercial sectors. His depth and breath of expertise spans from successful startup ventures to fortune 500 corporations. He excels in people development, client relations, enterprise sales leadership, and P&L management, consistently achieving profitable growth. Glen’s expertise encompasses IoT, automation, A.I., wireless networks, cybersecurity, and hyper-scale cloud platforms. Committed to fostering collaborative cultures, he pushes the boundaries of innovation and leads with a vision-focused, action-oriented approach.Glen brings extensive leadership and advisory experience, including serving on the Board of Advisors for Anokiwave, a fabless semiconductor startup acquired by Quorvo in 2024. He has 17 years of leadership experience from his tenure in the United States Navy, where he served as a Commander. Glen holds a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the United States Merchant Marine Academy and an M.B.A. with a concentration in International Business from the Knauss School of Business at the University of San Diego.
