Responsible for driving and managing the Health & Safety in Wincanton Larne to Train and update in Accident Investigations and Inductions. Create, evaluate and instigate Fire Procedures and create contingency plans. Carry out regular safety audits and Implement In-house safety training for all the managers and the Health and Safety Committee. Accountable for reducing KPI’s through an ever changing safety culture which includes timely Legal Training on all aspects of a busy Logisitcs Warehouse.Conduct risk assessment, formulated safe systems of work, devised method statements and incident reaction plans and ensured quality assurance of all operational procedures in a varied range of environments thereby ensuring sound recommendations.Manage and control all aspects of the site HACCP quality system.Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses, reporting findings to both management and enforcement bodies. Managing and coordinating relations between internal and external contractors to provide quality service and safe environment for staff, customers and visitors.
