- Multi-site Senior Property Manager for Student and Key Worker accommodation in London. - Line management, leadership, coaching and development of teams of Accommodation Managers delivering an outstanding customer experience, driving the core values and culture of the organisation.- Setting, monitoring and reporting stretched KPI targets for the team that contribute to the overall business, including customer NPS / Quality & Safety audits / Occupancy / Total revenue / NOI margin - Building, setting and monitoring income and expenditure budgets- Monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reporting and forecasting- Writing, presenting and negotiating business cases for extra income streams- All aspects of Health and Safety (IOSH certified)- Providing business assurance for risk and compliance - Project Management & delivery of large scale multi site refurbishment programmes- Management of a variety of leases and residential agreements - Dealing with complex housing issues- Contract management- Recruitment- Management of FM services, including cleaning, security and service contracts- Conflict and change management - Regular collaboration with Legal, Maintenance and IT teams
